112 days

Hi

so its been 112 days or 16 weeks or so since eleanor has been a part of my life.

Its defintitely awesome. I have seen and experienced so much.

some of the highlights
1. Seeing my child come into this world. It gives me new respect for women who have children.
2. seeing my child smile at me
3. seeing my child roll over on her own
4. hearing my child laugh for the first time (that i've seen, what sora experiences is her own thing)

Some of the lowlights
1. seeing my wife go thru the delivery process
2. getting pee'd on by a girl who is going thru diaper changes
3. getting poop'd on (ok ok, i think getting pooped on is way worse... change 2 and 3)
4. clipping my daughter's thumb with a nail clipper and seeing her bleed and cry.
5. seeing my daughter get shots and bloodwork...

Eleanor is now kind of holding the bottle by herself. If we prop the bottle up and the right angle, shes hold the bottle.
She is more of an independent child. But very happy.

She is eating more now. She is really chugging and you can hear it when she drinks from the bottle.
Selfish girl... clutching 2 toys with each hand...

She has not tried solid foods yet... i am thinking SPAM for her first meal... cream of spam? spam porridge?

i will have to consult with sora.

Bowling Update
1. We are still in 4th place.
2. this week we were giving away 51 pins again.
3. Current average: 186, still in top 5 for overall avg, top 5 for overall series , and top 5 for high game scratch of 243.

This week, we won game 1 and 2, with a 55 pin, lead for the series, and just like last week, they took game 3 and the overall series for another 2 and 2 split.

Personally: 171- 199-215 = 585 series and 195 average, That should bump up the season avg... Game 1, I had 4 open frames, that really hurt. Game 2, the 199 did take a lot of workd i had to end the game with 4 strikes in a row. the 215 was pretty good, i started with 3 in a row, open, and something else, but lots of strikes.

Overall, things are good. We are still waiting to start chemo for my mom.

more cool pics on the osnap.com site!
